Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for manufacturing defects under the following conditions:
- The product must have a clear manufacturing fault (e.g. stitching defects, fabric damage, zipper malfunction).
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling
- Customised or special-order products (if applicable)

- Share your order number, photos/videos clearly showing the defect, and a brief description.
- Our team will review the request and notify you of approval or rejection within 2–3 business days.
Refunds or Replacements
- If approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, depending on stock availability and customer preference.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used via PayHere.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, Hamaki Apparel (Pvt) Ltd will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the defect is not confirmed, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
