At Hamaki, we take pride in delivering high-quality mosquito nets made with care and strict quality control. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for manufacturing defects under the following conditions:

  • The product must have a clear manufacturing fault (e.g. stitching defects, fabric damage, zipper malfunction).
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selected by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling
  • Customised or special-order products (if applicable)

Return Process

  2. Share your order number, photos/videos clearly showing the defect, and a brief description.
  3. Our team will review the request and notify you of approval or rejection within 2–3 business days.

Refunds or Replacements

  • If approved, we will offer either:
    • A replacement product, or
    • A refund, depending on stock availability and customer preference.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used via PayHere.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, Hamaki Apparel (Pvt) Ltd will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the defect is not confirmed, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
